We are working with an education provider in the Lancashire area who are looking for a Welding & Fabrication Instructor to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis. The successful candidate would be based out of their main centre in Lancashire and would be tasked with delivering both hands-on and classroom instruction to level 2/3 Welding & Fabrication learners and apprentices.

The starting salary for this position is between £31,500 and £33,500 per annum, which would also include a workplace pension, free parking, health cover, life insurance, 3 dedicated annual CPD days, in-house training and 29 days paid holiday (plus Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:

  • A Welding/Fabrication qualification
  • Over 5 years of post-apprenticeship industry experience
  • A desire to pass on your welding/fabrication knowledge

This role will involve work with under 18's or vulnerable adults. Any appointment will be made subject to strict vetting and screening checks and receipt of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
