We are working with an education provider in the Birmingham area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Trainer with a Maintenance skillset to join their engineering training team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Overview
The job role would consist of delivering workshop-based training to Mechanical Maintenance Engineering learners (up to level 3) at the provider's dedicated engineering training centre in Birmingham.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: £36,000 to £38,000 per annum.
- Benefits include a contributory pension, a health plan (including dental and optical contributions), 34 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays), and early finish (1pm) on Fridays.
Qualifications
MUST have:- A level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Hands‑on mechanical maintenance experience
- Over 6 years of post‑apprenticeship industry experience
The education provider will put you through and pay for a teaching qualification if you do not have one already.
