The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.
We are working with an automotive client in Motherwell who are looking for an Independent Aftermarket Technical Trainer to join their training team on a full-time and permanent basis. The job role would consist of:
- Assisting with the development, construction and maintenance of the training syllabus and the individual course content, ensuring appropriateness, attractiveness and technical accuracy throughout.
- Developing training solutions across multiple platforms (virtual classroom, video, face to face and others).
- Delivering automotive technology training courses.
The starting salary for the role is negotiable, and the package includes a minimum of 25 days holiday excluding Bank Holidays (pro rata basis), rising to 28 days with 5 years length of service.
To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
- an in-depth knowledge of motor vehicle technology, service and repair techniques.
- Diagnostic Technician qualifications, or equivalent knowledge.
- the skills, qualification and/or experience to successfully progress and deliver a training programme.
