Boston Renewables is looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to support the delivery of renewable energy projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth project coordination, accurate documentation, and ongoing compliance across the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal sales teams and electrical personnel
  • Manage sub‑contractor order processes
  • Manage equipment orders and delivery logistics
  • Assist with project delivery programming and coordination
  • Coordinate the provision of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Site Files
  • Compile test certificates and handover documentation
  • Handle incoming calls and message distribution
  • Manage ISO Standards (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001)
  • Maintain industry accreditations
  • Proactively monitor, manage and develop the organisation’s My Compliance system
  • Manage and maintain the Scoop project management system
  • Support competitive bid processes with QSHE‑related content

Reports to: Managing Director, Boston Renewables

Minimum Qualifications

  • GCSE (or equivalent) grade B or above in Mathematics and English
  • Administration qualification

Desired Qualifications / Experience

  • Experience in renewable energy development or the construction industry
  • Formal project management training
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification

Minimum Experience Required

  • Strong office administration experience
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word & cloud‑based management systems)
