Excellent Benefits

Are you a sharp, detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for process and innovation?

I am working with a forward-thinking tech consultancy to hire a Process Owner (PO) who will become a vital part of their client teams, helping drive operational excellence through smart automation.

As a Process Owner, you’ll work directly with customers to deeply understand and (if needed) manually execute their business processes.

Once embedded, you’ll collaborate with developers to automate those processes, reviewing, refining, and overseeing their deployment.

From spotting errors in test results to liaising with stakeholders and performing post-deployment checks, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring that automations deliver real business value.

Over time, you’ll grow relationships, spot opportunities for improvement, and scale the automation footprint across customer accounts.

Process Owner Specification:

  • Integrate with Clients: Become part of the customer’s team to understand their business and processes.
  • Process Mapping & Manual Execution: Document and perform processes to gain deep insights.
  • Collaborate on Automation: Work with developers to build and test automation solutions.
  • Deploy & Operate: Oversee live rollouts and ensure automations run smoothly.
  • Spot-Check & Support: Conduct performance checks and communicate regularly with clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend process and automation enhancements.
  • Client Relationship Building: Identify opportunities for expansion and increased automation.
  • Excellent communication skills, you can engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease.
  • A personable nature, you can quickly build trust and become part of a client team.
  • A sharp, analytical mindset, fast learner with great problem-solving abilities.
  • Curiosity, you’re not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong attention to detail, nothing slips through the cracks.
  • A tech-friendly attitude, no coding needed, but a willingness to understand how automation works is essential.
  • Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Engage directly with clients and see the tangible impact of your work
  • Hybrid flexibility, work/life balance with 3 days in the London office
  • Be part of a collaborative and growing team

If you have the desired skills and experience, based in London or commutable to London 3 days a week then please send me your CV and I will call you to discuss.
