Gastroenterologist – St Elizabeth\’s Medical Center Location: Brighton, MA Time Type: Full time Posted: 3 Days Ago Job Requisition ID: 38476 Department of Medicine The Division of Gastroenterology at St Elizabeth\’s Medical Center, Boston, MA, is seeking to recruit a board–eligible/board–certified gastroenterologist to join a team of 3 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners, providing high–quality, patient–centered care at a tertiary care hospital. The candidate will join an established hospital–based gastroenterology group and will develop a significant focused practice that includes inpatient, outpatient, and procedural gastroenterology. The candidate should possess excellent clinical and communication skills and have a strong commitment to collaborating with other specialties to provide superior care. The candidate is also expected to teach medical students, medical residents, and gastroenterology fellows. Candidates should be BE/BC in Gastroenterology, able to obtain a Massachusetts medical license, and meet hospital credentialing requirements. Proficiency in ERCP is a plus, but not essential. St. Elizabeth\’s Medical Center features a state–of–the–art Endoscopy Unit to perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including ERCP, EUS, endoluminal stenting, Barrett\’s endotherapy, and other advanced endoscopic procedures, alongside a medical and surgical intensive care unit and excellent sub–specialty care support. St. Elizabeth\’s Medical Center is located in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston, near some of Boston\’s major universities.
