Boston Hale is seeking a hands-on Data Migration Lead to own data migration across property and finance platforms during a major systems transformation. You will work with complex datasets, perform cleansing, transformation and cutover, and ensure robust validation.
You will use SQL and Python extensively, build repeatable migration processes, reconcile data, and collaborate with Property, Finance and technical stakeholders to deliver complete and accurate migration outcomes.
