Are you an experienced Procurement professional looking for a part‑time opportunity? Our client, a growing London-based university, is recruiting for a Procurement Manager (4 days per week) to lead its procurement function, drive best practice, and deliver value for money across the institution.

You’ll:
- Lead high‑value tenders across all categories
- Partner with Senior Stakeholders and Budget Holders across the university to support procurement needs
- Negotiate and manage contracts to optimise value and reduce risk
- Build and oversee procurement systems/processes
- Ensure compliance with legislation (PCR 2015, Procurement Act 2023) and provide training when required
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience running end‑to‑end tender processes under PCR2015, Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Frameworks
- Strong knowledge of procurement legislation
- A collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
