Job Description

Are you a qualified accountant with proven experience managing government contracts?\\n\\nBoston Hale is working with a client to recruit an interim Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional seeking a long-term interim role with significant hybrid working flexibility.\\n\\nKey responsibilities:\\n\\nEnsure full compliance with financial reporting obligations under government contracts\\n\\nConduct analytical reviews of monthly management accounts and financial reports\\n\\nLead regular finance meetings with internal and external stakeholders\\n\\nManage quarterly forecasting and prepare annual budgets\\n\\nPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliations\\n\\nProduce year-end financial statements and support external audit processes\\n\\nAbout you:\\n\\nFully qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)\\n\\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilities\\n\\nDemonstrable experience working with and managing government-funded contracts\\n\\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills\\n\\nWe encourage you to submit your CV via this advert at your earliest convenience.
