Boston Hale in London is seeking a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to maintain and optimise the enterprise platform, focusing on Customer Engagement and Supply Chain Management. This role is hybrid, with 2 days on-site in SW/West London, inside a mission-driven, not-for-profit environment.
You will provide 2nd line support for D365 SCM, CE and Power Platform, troubleshoot issues, manage security, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive improvements and successful release.
