The successful candidate will be CTA qualified with experience within complex industries (charity or housing background ideal but not essential).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reporting and compliance on a variety of taxes across the Group
- Managing the Groups tax strategy
- Providing advice to stakeholders
- Managing the tax relationship with HMRC
- Identifying areas of risk and working to mitigate these
- Ensuring appropriate controls are in place
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for tax savings
- Managing a small team
- Proven track record of liaising with Committee/Board level
