I'm currently working with a Not-for-Profit organisation in SW London who are looking to hire a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to support and enhance their enterprise platform. This is a hybrid role (2 days on-site) in South West / West London, offering the chance to work across a mission-driven environment where technology directly supports impactful services.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line support across D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) (core focus), alongside CE and Power Platform
  • Troubleshoot system/data issues and manage users, roles, and security
  • Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and workflows to ensure system stability
  • Support small changes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with release cycles, testing, and environment management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners

  • Proven experience supporting D365 F&SCM in a functional capacity
  • Strong understanding of finance / operational business processes
  • Experience with configuration, support, and incident resolution
  • Exposure to CE or Power Platform (desirable)
  • Familiarity with ITIL environments
