Responsibilities:

  • Analyse debt and derivative products and build accurate financial models
  • Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior management and boards
  • Support treasury strategy work including policy reviews and ad hoc advice
  • Assess economic and sector trends to inform recommendations
  • Review and quality check analysis produced by others
  • Help prepare proposals and sector insight materials
  • Manage multiple pieces of work and meet project deadlines
  • Work directly with clients through meetings and written communication

Person requirements:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with financial modelling experience
  • Ability to explain complex financial information clearly
  • Experience in a regulated environment
  • Understanding of debt products such as loans, bonds and derivatives
  • Exposure to treasury, funding or hedging work
  • Support towards a professional qualification in corporate finance or treasury
