Procurement Manager in City of London

Are you an experienced Procurement professional looking for your next opportunity? Our client a growing London based university is recruiting for a Procurement Manager to lead its procurement function, drive best practice, and deliver value for money across the institution.

You’ll:

• Lead high-value tenders across all categories
• Partner with Senior Stakeholders and Budget Holders across the university to support procurement needs
• Negotiate and manage contracts to optimise value and reduce risk
• Build and oversee procurement systems/processes
• Ensure compliance with legislation (PCR 2015, Procurement Act 2023) and provide training when required

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience running end-to-end tender processes under PCR2015, Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Frameworks
• Strong knowledge of procurement legislation.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
