We are partnering with a forward-thinking organisation undergoing a transformative ERP implementation, and we’re seeking an exceptional Data Lead to deliver this critical initiative and build an AI future-proofed Data Infrastructure. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping their analytics and reporting capabilities, ensuring their data architecture supports business growth and innovation. This role will be 2/3 days a week on-site.

As the Data Lead, you will spearhead the design and delivery of a robust data architecture to support the new ERP system and its integrations. You will also be working with 3rd parties and internal specialists to prepare the environment for the use of AI. You'll lead the implementation of advanced ETL/ELT processes to seamlessly integrate data into a high-performing Snowflake environment. Leveraging your expertise, you will architect a scalable and user-friendly data warehouse, optimizing it for performance and analytics.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll work closely with business users to understand their needs, translating complex requirements into actionable, efficient solutions. Additionally, you’ll oversee third-party providers, ensuring cost-effective technology services aligned with organizational goals.

What You Bring:

  • Expertise in ETL/ELT tools and hands-on experience with SQL Server and Snowflake.
  • A strong understanding of the Kimball methodology to support analytics and reporting.
  • A proven track record of data migration and mapping business logic to new sources.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and delivering solutions based on business requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems, familiarity with the MS BI stack, and exposure to manufacturing and supply chain environments will set you apart.
