1st / 2nd Line Endpoint Management Support Analyst - Chiswick - 5 days a week onsite
We're looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Endpoint Management Support Analyst to join an established IT team, providing hands-on support across a 400-500+ endpoint environment.
This is an EUC-only role, focused on laptops and desktops rather than servers. You'll be supporting day-to-day endpoint management, with a particular focus on patching, vulnerability investigation and fault finding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Windows laptops and desktops across the business
- Assisting with patch management and deployment
- Investigating why devices are reporting as vulnerable or non-compliant
- Troubleshooting failed patches and installations
- Identifying and resolving endpoint faults and configuration issues
- Escalating more complex issues where appropriate
- Helping maintain a secure and reliable EUC environment
You'll need previous 1st/2nd line EUC support experience, ideally within an organisation managing 400-500+ endpoints. Exposure to patch management and endpoint vulnerability remediation is important, while ITIL knowledge would be beneficial but isn't essential.
Location: Near Chiswick Business Park - 5 days per week onsite.
