We are seeking an experienced travel administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide vital end-to-end travel planning and delivery to ensure our technicians safely arrive at their respective sites on time. The successful candidate will be adaptable and resilient to change in a friendly but fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan travel and accommodation needs using the resource planners
  • Booking travel and accommodation – liaising both with the technicians and account coordinators
  • Control and manage costs within the budgets set by the business
  • Hire car management
  • Support the Travel Team Coordinator when needed, with the allocation of Travel Team tasks
  • Support the Travel Team Coordinator to achieve set SLAs
  • Signpost internal and external staff towards the correct business contacts
  • Triage concerns/complaints/escalations to the relevant department
  • Answering the phone
  • Answering door/taking in deliveries
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Any other tasks as required relevant to the role
  • Supporting the Operational Support team when required

Reports to: Travel Team Coordinator

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE ‘O’ Level or equivalent to include English and Mathematics

Minimum Previous Experience:

  • Experience working in Travel/logistics preferred

Other Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite software programs
