We’re looking for a capable and commercially aware Project Engineer to take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering both offshore and onshore scopes. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role where you will play a critical part in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with technicians, operational teams, and stakeholders to drive quality outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development of key project documentation, including RAMS, work permits, checklists, and technical procedures
- Plan and manage tooling, consumables, and logistics to enable smooth project execution
- Oversee onshore mock‑up phases and support offshore delivery activities
- Coordinate and manage technician teams, ensuring strong HSEQ compliance at all times
- Drive engineering deliverables in line with agreed schedules, quality standards, and reporting requirements
- Promote a safety‑first culture, ensuring all activities meet legal and company expectations
- Support onboarding, training, and competency development across technician teams
About You
You are a confident and technically strong engineer who leads from the front, bringing structure, clarity, and delivery focus in complex, high‑risk environments. You will have:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
- Proven experience in offshore wind, heavy industry, or large‑scale construction
- Experience in offshore installation, commissioning, or remediation is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of project documentation (RAMS, MDRs, quality reporting)
- A solid understanding of HSE regulations and quality management systems
- Excellent organisational capability with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
