We’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of offshore wind projects. This isn’t just admin, you’ll be at the centre of operations, working closely with technicians, clients, and internal teams to keep projects moving, people engaged, and standards high. What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning day-to-day coordination of offshore technicians, ensuring they are supported, engaged, and fully compliant.
  • Carrying out monthly check-ins and regular site visits.
  • Keeping accurate tracking of technician movements and project resource plans.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, identifying needs and resolving queries.
  • Managing mobilisation and demobilisation of technicians in line with project timelines.
  • Coordinating PPE, travel, IT, and occupational health requirements ahead of deployment.
  • Monitoring costs and supporting P&L awareness, flagging any risks early.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to attend sites.
  • Solid IT skills and ability to manage multiple systems (e.g. CRM / trackers).
