Our team called Global Services (GS) provides corporate support to business areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and IT. This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from Partner to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries. Global Services is in short, the backbone of BCG.

In this role, you will join BCG X’s Global Compensation team and support the day-to-day management and development of compensation programs across BCG X. You will work closely with the Global Compensation team to assist with job evaluation, market benchmarking, and compensation structure analyses that help inform managerial compensation decisions. This role has an analytical focus, and typical responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining scalable compensation reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions to support ongoing and ad hoc decision-making for global and regional stakeholders
  • Assisting with compensation analyses and supporting the preparation of clear materials for Compensation and Total Rewards initiatives
  • Supporting compensation change initiatives end-to-end, including modeling financial and employee impacts, validating data accuracy, and enabling effective rollout across BCG X
  • Analyzing large and complex compensation data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and helping translate insights to inform leadership decisions
  • Creating, maintaining, and enhancing compensation and bonus tools to support annual bonus processes, improve governance, and streamline workflows
  • Partnering with Global Compensation and regional People & Development (P&D) teams to support the design, analysis, and implementation of bonus and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and regional requirements
  • Supporting compensation initiatives across the full Total Rewards agenda, including job benchmarking, compensation structure design, and ongoing program evolution

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master/ MBA a plus
  • 2+ years of corporate experience in compensation or a related area, showing progression
  • Ability to drive analysis and processes with guidance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
  • Some familiarity with reward practices, compensation market data and comp modelling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with compensation & analytics systems an advantage (eg, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience working across different geographies an advantage
