The Global Reward Projects Director will play a critical role in delivering, structuring and driving strategic change projects across the Global Rewards function. This role will focus on managing the alignment, tracking and execution of key initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Projects and Key Initiatives: Lead the execution of high-priority initiatives within the rewards function with a focus on strategic alignment and outcomes, demonstrating strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Ensure clarity of priorities, execution plans and target outcomes while managing interdependencies across workstreams. Own the tracking of all projects function-wide, to be able to provide status updates to function leadership, providing support to other project leaders to maintain momentum and resolve blockers. Facilitate leadership meetings with structured objectives, including agenda development, use of clear decision frameworks, action tracking and follow-through.
  • Thought Partnership and Content Creation: Translate strategic thinking into clear slides and content by distilling complex information, synthesising insights, and crafting compelling narratives that drive engagement and impact. Act as a strategic thought partner, applying a solid understanding of rewards principles to support leadership conversations, decision-making and follow-up actions. Navigate evolving priorities and complex problem spaces, driving toward clarity and alignment, whilst maintaining an outcome-focused mindset. Build credibility with senior leaders, ensuring effective influence and decision-making support.
  • Technical Reward Initiative Delivery: Leverage technical rewards expertise to support cyclical compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Monitor progress, dependencies, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and effectiveness. Provide strategic recommendations and drive problem-solving for complex challenges.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations to advance the rewards agenda. Foster relationships with global and regional HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and engagement. Provide strategic support to key cross-functional initiatives and drive execution of priorities.

What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred. 12+ years of experience in leadership engagement, strategy, or change management in global contexts. Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for executive audiences. Technical knowledge of rewards required, with a focus on compensation. Experience in high-impact stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Strong ability to drive alignment, clarity, and execution of strategic initiatives.
