BCG's Global Legal Team is a critical enabler of the firm's success, driving impact across strategic, operational, and risk-related priorities. To support the firm's digital transformation, Legal continues to evolve its products, processes, data, and technology to deliver exceptional service, value, and flexibility at scale. The Global Product Manager - Legal-Enablement role sits within BCG's Legal Strategy & Operations Center of Expertise (COE) and is a fully integrated member of the Global Legal Product Portfolio. This role is aligned to the Legal Enablement Squad within the Agile operating model. You will apply structured problem solving, collaborate across functions, and translate complex legal and operational needs into scalable digital solutions. You will also support the introduction and optimization of artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead day-to-day product delivery for the Enablement squad, translating Product Owner priorities into executable work and coordinating execution across engineers to meet roadmap commitments.
- Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements aligned to senior leadership decision-making needs.
- Own and curate a prioritized product backlog of enhancements, leading definition, testing, and user acceptance to drive continuous improvement and measurable value.
- Support design and implementation of AI-enabled legal solutions, including knowledge platforms and workflow automation.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of a portfolio of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and custom-built digital solutions spanning governance, non-reliance, and insurance workflows.
- Support roadmap development and quarterly planning to align product delivery with Legal priorities and broader business objectives.
- Promote adoption through documentation, enablement sessions, and performance monitoring to maximize product usage and impact.
What You'll Bring:
- You bring strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and experience operating within a digital or Agile environment.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple workstreams while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- 5-10+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, or business analysis within a digital product environment, supporting delivery across SaaS platforms and custom-built solutions.
- Experience leading delivery within cross-functional squads or agile teams, serving as a key interface between product leadership and execution teams.
- Proven stakeholder management experience, partnering across different teams to align priorities and support informed decision-making.
- Experience supporting the implementation of digital tools or AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with system configurations, data concepts, and testing practices, along with comfort partnering with technical teams and vendors.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and broader product development best practices is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Legal experience is helpful but not required.
