What You'll Do
- As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will help deliver impactful learning experiences that support the growth and development of our BST teams across the organization.
- You will play a key role in coordinating programs, managing operational processes, and ensuring learning initiatives run smoothly across multiple audiences and stakeholders.
- This role combines project coordination, program delivery, and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organization, collaboration, and bringing structure to fast-moving priorities.
- You will work closely with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to support the successful execution of learning programs and initiatives.
- You’ll also take ownership of a defined process area, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a strong participant experience.
Coordinate and support the delivery of learning and development programs and initiatives:
- Manage day-to-day team administration and operational activities.
- Provide coordination support for ad hoc training programs and special projects.
- Run and own a defined operational process from planning through execution.
- Coordinate scheduling and communications with internal faculty and external facilitators.
- Track program timelines, deliverables, and participant logistics.
- Support stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance program delivery.
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience supporting learning, talent, HR, or program coordination activities.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Confidence working with internal and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Who You'll Work With
You will work closely with Learning & Development teams, program managers, and internal faculty across BCG. You’ll collaborate with colleagues and external facilitators to support the delivery of engaging learning experiences and operational excellence.
