What You'll Do
This is a full time contract role for approximately 6 months. The Executive Research Manager focuses on the proactive sourcing of high-quality professionals for key leadership roles across the EMESA region and beyond. In collaboration with the wider recruitment team, the role will support a diverse range of roles, leveraging varied channels in the market to identify, attract, and assess critical talent for our high-growth business.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelors degree educated
- 6-8 years of in-house talent sourcing, head-hunting, or executive search experience ideally in a professional services environment, with a focus on the provision of white-glove service
- Demonstrable experience owning pipeline creation, research-based talent engagement, and proven understanding of talent acquisition marketing and segmentation
- Experience of unearthing top-talent across industries, and of supporting the build of business functions in a Consulting context
- Strong drive for both success and excellence; a self-starter with a keen sense of responsibility who brings an agile mindset to day-to-day activities.
- A deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy
- Ability to work across multiple searches through strong project management and prioritisation skills
- Proven track record in guiding and converting candidates through a discrete hiring process, providing advice, and forming a trust-based relationship
- Flexible in adapting ways of working to an ever-evolving talent market, deftly navigating change and ambiguity
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Who You'll Work With
You will partner with Delivery teams, program owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, accurate data, and timely execution across the learning lifecycle.

YOU ARE GOOD AT
- Working in collaboration with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements, to define target candidate profiles, and to own candidate identification strategy for each position
- Partnering with stakeholders to conduct research on specific search assignments including high-level name generation and org chart creation, building target long lists, completing talent pool mappings, and identifying potential candidates
- Providing a white-glove executive search experience to stakeholders
- Acting as Talent Advisor to senior stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, advising them on availability, calibre, and cost of potential talent pools and candidates
- Developing and leading the proactive search and channel strategy to ensure the continued flow of high-quality candidates through the process
- Targeting passive candidates through various acquisition channels including social media and professional networks
- Challenging conventional recruitment thinking and processes, being prepared to push back on stakeholders where necessary to ensure the best candidate experience possible
- Owning the candidate outreach strategy, producing and disseminating targeted marketing content to ensure maximum engagement pre-application
- Conducting in-depth assessments of identified talent in line with stakeholder requirements, to better understand functional expertise and BCG-fit
- Leading on the production of Talent Intelligence reports, providing detailed analysis in support of search projects and candidate talent-pool development, as well as internal talent assessments, competitor analysis, and intellectual capital efforts to stakeholders
- Maintaining and populating our candidate database to ensure we keep consistent communication with all BCG-fit/silver medallist candidates
- Collaborating internationally across BCG functions, business units, and cohorts, bringing creative ideas together and providing strategic input
