As a Director - Biopharma Commercial BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path, BCG Vantage within BCG's Health Care Practice Area, you will be a key contributor towards the strategic agenda for the global Biopharma Commercial topic. You will grow and deploy a team of 20+ Topic experts to provide value added support to the business and be responsible for your team's performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.). You will also take ownership for the team's development and career progression.
BCG's Biopharma Commercial clients include the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. We partner with them across the full spectrum of commercial topics, including marketing, sales, market access, and commercial operating model design.
- Leading development and commercialization of knowledge and assets e.g. tools, benchmarks and market studies in biopharma commercial.
- Leading projects in a highly effective manner, mobilizing team to deliver on business priorities and commercial impact.
7+ years consulting experience in biopharma commercial required; Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
Specialization in one or more biopharma commercial functions, ideally with experience in the German pharmaceutical market.
Fluency in English; German language skills an additional plus.
