What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X as Global TA Strategy and Analytics Manager located in London.
As the BCG X Global TA Strategy and Analytics Manager, you will help inform / support strategic decision-making on how BCG X attracts and hires exceptional talent.
Combining deep recruitment analytics expertise with strategic programme delivery, you will transform data into insight, influence senior leaders, and drive initiatives that strengthen recruitment strategy, enhance BCG X's talent intelligence capabilities, improve operational excellence, and enable sustainable growth across the function.
Working closely with the Global Recruitment Innovation Director and the Global Recruiting Senior Director, you will own BCG X's recruitment reporting and insights capability while driving strategic programmes that enhance recruiter experience, hiring quality, and operational excellence.
You'll use analytics to identify opportunities, influence decision-making, and deliver meaningful improvements across recruitment processes, technology, and ways of working.
Key responsibilities include
- Working alongside our Recruitment Analytics Specialist, lead and develop / drive improvements BCG X's global recruitment reporting and insights strategy, designing and enhancing Tableau dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for recruiting leadership.
- Translate recruitment data into strategic recommendations that improve hiring performance, pipeline health, and operational effectiveness.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within recruitment data, using evidence to optimise recruitment processes and inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with BCG's core Recruitment Technology team to represent the needs of BCG X, participating and supporting platform enhancements and helping shape technology solutions that strengthen recruitment reporting, insights, and operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate and pilot AI-enabled approaches that enhance recruitment analytics, reporting and insights, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience, recommend and support adoption of solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Build compelling executive-level presentations and business cases, using tools such as Claude and Chat GPT to analyse large datasets, synthesise complex information, and develop clear, data-driven narratives that influence senior stakeholders.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of recruitment data across systems, enabling trusted reporting and insights that support informed decision-making.
- Lead selected global recruitment transformation initiatives, using insights to harmonise processes, improve recruiter effectiveness, and enhance the end-to-end hiring experience.
- Develop and deliver initiatives that strengthen recruiter enablement, interviewer onboarding and training, capability development, and adoption of global best practices.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives, employer branding campaigns, recruitment marketing activities, hiring events, and other programmes that strengthen BCG X's ability to attract exceptional talent.
- Partner alongside global Recruitment leaders, People function leadership, and technology partners across BCG's core business to deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen recruitment capabilities and improve the hiring experience.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying emerging opportunities and leading strategic projects that strengthen BCG X's global recruitment capability.

- Advanced experience designing, building, and maintaining business-critical dashboards and visualisations using Tableau to deliver actionable reporting and insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude and Chat GPT to analyse large datasets, synthesise complex information, develop executive-ready narratives, and create compelling Power Point presentations that support strategic decision-making.
- Experience partnering with recruitment technology teams and working with applicant tracking systems, such as i CIMS, to improve recruitment capabilities, processes, and user experience.
- Experience delivering recruitment strategy, transformation initiatives, or cross-functional programmes that deliver measurable business impact.
- Has experience working both globally and cross culturally to solve worldwide recruitment challenges

You'll be part of BCG X's Global Recruitment Innovation & Analytics team, helping shape how recruitment strategy, reporting, insights, and technology enable exceptional hiring outcomes across the business.
Working closely with the Global Recruitment Innovation Director and the Global Recruiting Senior Director, you'll contribute in supporting the strategic priorities and delivering initiatives that improve how BCG X attracts, assesses, and hires exceptional talent globally.
You'll have the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, bringing data, insights, and thoughtful recommendations to support business decisions and long-term recruitment strategy.
You'll partner closely with global Recruitment leaders, People function leadership, and BCG's core Recruitment Technology team to ensure BCG X's evolving needs are represented in global initiatives and technology roadmaps.
You'll also collaborate across the wider Recruitment Innovation & Analytics team to develop scalable reporting and insights, share best practices, and continuously improve how recruitment operates around the world.
