What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X as EMESA Recruiting Manager located in London. As Recruiting Manager in the BCG X EMESA Recruiting Team, you will own talent acquisition activities for various capabilities within BCG X LAB. This full lifecycle recruiting role will support a diverse range of mid- senior level positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, vendor management, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding in LAB and across Europe. Working in close partnership with the local and regional teams, the role will also have wider responsibilities supporting regional strategy, operational effectiveness and recruitment best practice across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning & driving recruiting initiatives to hire the best talent for BCG X.
- Leading the execution of regional talent acquisition strategy.
- Managing full lifecycle of vacancies across a diverse range of skills and capabilities within the analytics business.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Recruiters to effectively deliver on all hiring requirements.
- Leveraging internal talent sources to drive mobility, employee referrals and alumni engagement in the region.
- Identifying high quality candidates through proactive sourcing.
- Conducting initial assessments for all suitable candidates.
- Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles.
- Managing recruitment campaigns for any volume hiring needs or brand building events.
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines.
- Articulating the global talent brand and candidate value proposition to the region.
- Leading regional projects as well as implementing them.
- Reviewing key metrics and performance measures for the region.
- Ensuring global best practices are embedded in the region.
- Supporting hiring manager coaching and behavioral based interview training.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelors or Masters Degree with high academic achievement required.
- Indicatively ~6-8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in analytics capabilities.
- Understanding of market talent pool, sourcing channels, hiring trends, cultural norms, compensation benchmarks.
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Deep knowledge and proven success of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements.
- Proactive candidate sourcing skills through all available internal and external channels.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced corporate culture.
- Best practice process management and driving operational effectiveness.
- Experience building internal network with senior leaders.
- Excellent English.
