What You\βll Do
The London, Amsterdam, Brussels (LAB) Business Services Team (BST) Talent Manager will join the LAB BST Talent team and support across Business Services Team FTE planning, operating model and talent management across the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) system. You will report to the LAB BST Talent Director and work closely with counterparts in Talent Acquisition, Talent & Performance, Core HR, Finance, and People Analytics.
Responsible for driving strategic organizational development initiatives
- Drive FTE Capacity planning (PIPs, open roles, recruiting, acting up)
- Lead operational reporting on BST FTE planning, working closely with Finance
- Manage and prepare PDG processes (incl. Mid-year, Year-End and bonus process)
- Drive adhoc strategic projects β owning the thinking/ framing, preparing analyses, collecting stakeholder input and developing perspectives- e.g., operating model reviews, People survey analysis
- Manage and support across broad Talent processes (e.g., quarterly talent and succession planning)
- Support with adhoc requests and monitoring LAB BST inbox

What You\βll Bring
- At least 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience including ideally in an international professional services firm
- Strong HR qualifications and international work experience are a value-add
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving approaches (strong excel skills)
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders with reason and logic
