What You’ll Do
As a member of BCG’s Information Security team, you will play a critical role in planning, managing, and driving forward key initiatives within BCG’s Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) program. This role blends operational management with strategic project execution, helping to streamline Information Security processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
BCG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Information Security Program Manager to oversee both day-to-day operations and transformational improvements including the reporting to stakeholders in our Information Security program. This role will include managing internal initiatives, defining project roadmaps, and supporting the development of a process-driven environment to optimize Information Security operations. You’ll work across “Run-the-Business” (maintaining daily operations) and “Change-the-Business” (implementing improvements) activities, making this role highly impactful within BCG’s global security program.

What You’ll Bring
* You will have 5+ years of experience in a global enterprise managing team operations as well as technical or security change programs.
* You will have experience defining and tracking success metrics
* You will have experience with project management methodologies.
* A good working knowledge of cyber security and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* You will have strong influencing and communication skills and are fluent in English
Who You’ll Work With
You will report to the Director, Security Program Operations and are part of a team of project and program managers within the security team. You will have the opportunity to work with Risk, Legal, Data Privacy and IT teams.
