The London, Amsterdam, Brussels (LAB) Business Services Team (BST) Talent Manager will join the LAB BST Talent team and support across Business Services Team FTE planning, operating model and talent management across the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) system. You will report to the LAB BST Talent Director and work closely with counterparts in Talent Acquisition, Talent & Performance, Core HR, Finance, and People Analytics. Drive FTE Capacity planning (PIPs, open roles, recruiting, acting up) Lead operational reporting on BST FTE planning, working closely with Finance Mid-year, Year-End and bonus process) Drive adhoc strategic projects – owning the thinking/ framing, preparing analyses, collecting stakeholder input and developing perspectives- e.g., operating model reviews, People survey analysis Manage and support across broad Talent processes (e.g., quarterly talent and succession planning) Support with adhoc requests and monitoring LAB BST inbox At least 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience including ideally in an international professional services firm Strong HR qualifications and international work experience are a value-add Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication) Excellent analytical and problem-solving approaches (strong excel skills) Collaborating and building relationships at all levels of the organization Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
