What You'll Do BCG’s Global Risk Function has a mission to proactively detect, manage, and mitigate risks while supporting BCG’s evolving business needs. Global Risk includes seven teams: Compliance, Assurance experience with data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and collaboration tools (Trello, Slack), and with GRC platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build decision-ready materials • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines without close supervision • Ability to work across time zones; occasional travel may be required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree required (in business, risk, economics, or related field); advanced degree or certifications are a plus • Fluent English and high professional integrity Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
