Global L&D Analytics Director - 7 month FTC

What You'll Do BCG is transforming Learning@BCG, with the ambition to become the best talent developer in the world. Central to this transformation is advancing how we use data, analytics, and AI to measure impact, personalize learning, and drive strategic talent decisions, while ensuring the financial rigor that underpins every major L keep self-service reporting operational and accessible. Support the Global Analytics People Team with new dashboard developments/requests, including building mock-ups in Claude and developing a strong understanding of the various underlying data sources to be used in new dashboards. Sustain the learning analytics network across People Analytics and the relationships with global/regional/local L MBA/finance-related field, is a plus given the dual analytics/finance scope. 8+ years of relevant experience spanning Learning/People Analytics or management consulting, ideally with exposure to both. Demonstrated experience operating autonomously, with only broad direction, across large, complex, global organizations. Strong communication and influencing skills, with a track record presenting insights and recommendations to senior executives. Experience with LMS/learning systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Coding experience (e.g., Python) is a plus. Familiarity with Alteryx, Think-Cell, or Snowflake is a plus but not required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Keeps a strategic perspective while executing tactical elements; stays organized amidst a high volume of complex projects and stakeholders.
