What You\'ll Do
The Alumni & Career Services (A&CS) function at BCG empowers our people beyond their BCG journey and unlocks long-term value for BCG by delivering world-class support to graduating talents and fostering meaningful lifelong connections with alumni. We aim to build the most trusted and impactful alumni and talent ecosystem in the industry, that will strengthen affiliation, fuel careers, and drive lasting advocacy and value for the BCG community.
You will work at the forefront of technology and value impact, driving Value Creation in Alumni engagement while also coordinating the A&CS technology enablement portfolio.
* Technology Liaison & Program Enablement
* You will partner with product and technology teams to align on platform strategies and roadmaps across A&CS tools and integrations. Your focus will be on enabling priority initiatives such as segmentation and reporting, AI-assisted outreach and engagement, job-matching for graduating talents and alumni, and impact monitoring.
* You will translate the integrated A&CS vision into clear business requirements, facilitate prioritization with the Product Team to support their annual business review (ABR), and ensure alignment and execution in partnership with technology and business stakeholders.
* You will lead the Global Alumni and Career Services Product Senior Specialist to ensure successful execution of the above priorities.

You will proactively support the broader Value Creation stream by identifying and enhancing opportunities to deliver meaningful impact from alumni. This includes supporting programs to drive Alumni-Influenced-Wins, activating the agenda of our Managing Director & Partners, and other senior Account and Practice Area leaders, and stepping into priority initiatives as needed to ensure alignment between technology capabilities and broader alumni engagement and career services objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Program strategy and coordination: Define and evolve a multiyear roadmap across five capability themes: insights for segmentation, automated accuracy, AI powered outreach/notification, job matching, and impact monitoring – in close partnership with product owners and tech stakeholders to ensure alignment, feasibility, and prioritization

* Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate closely with regional counterparts to understand unique needs and complexities, ensuring regional and system perspectives are reflected in solution design and delivery.
* Stakeholder engagement: Build trust and drive alignment across Client and Marketing/MarTech teams; engage senior stakeholders in Finance/Tech leadership to secure alignment and funding for prioritized initiatives.
* Documentation and standardization: Baseline existing assets and processes to develop and publish living documentation (e.g., data dictionary, process maps, decision rights, playbooks) to clarify refreshed processes and accelerate future enhancements.
* Change enablement: Prepare leaders and teams across functions for new capabilities and process changes; ensure clear communication of rationale and value to drive adoption and impact.
* Value creation: Identify and enhance opportunities to mobilize at scale BCG MDPs, CCOs, and PAs in driving alumni value, developing scalable programs and initiatives across regions.
Working with the A&CS global team, you will act as a bridge between Business Services Team functions, client team leadership, and tech leadership.

* Effective prioritization: Juggling multiple priorities with strong organization and time management; staying calm and focused under pressure.
* Analytical and data fluency: Leveraging data and technology insights to inform prioritization and measure impact, in collaboration with the product owners who will lead the hands-on in development.
* Matrixed organization leadership: Influencing senior stakeholders across client, marketing, HR, data/analytics, and the product development teams to ensure alignment and progress
* Change management and communication: Preparing leaders and teams across multiple functions and geographies for new capabilities, telling a clear, compelling story to drive adoption and deployment at scale.
* Apprenticeship and people development: Manage and coach a Coordinator or Specialist as direct report. Co-develop clear developmental goals and provide frequent, iterative feedback on deliverables, and drive performance reviews and coverage continuity.
What You\'ll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
* At least 3–5 years’ experience in management consulting/client-facing professional services (preferred), or at least 6 years’ experience in program/project management or alumni relations
* Demonstrated success driving business and operational improvements through structured stakeholder engagement, persuasive business cases, and strategic planning with senior leadership.
* Strong project management and change enablement skills.
* Experience and passion in people topics is a plus.
