Compliance Team - Senior Analyst - 12 month Contract

We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.What You\’ll Do* Contribute to the promotion of the compliance function as a trusted advisor.* Support day-to-day tasks relating to compliance programs (e.g., compliance trainings roll out, setting up and preparing agendas for correspondence/meetings, drafting presentations, collaborating with other regional teams).* Support Senior Management through the evaluation of complex clients and/or topics.* Track the local adaptation and implementation of risk mitigating measures (e.g., policies and processes).* Consolidate risk reporting / mitigation measures.* Act as a key point of contact for local system staff across all compliance topics.* Provide advice on compliance queries or otherwise connecting staff to the most appropriate team to address their query.* Support with operational tasks related to compliance training and communication exercises.* Receive compliance related information from business stakeholders or from the Global Compliance team and collate this into timely reports.* Assist with compliance risk identification and compliance risk reporting.* Perform data validation and integrity checks on compliance datasets.* Support with bottom-up compliance risk identification exercises, including aggregating results and producing analysis and reports.* Assist project teams (as allocated by line manager) with a view to ensuring that compliance considerations are identified and recorded from inception to delivery. Advanced degree preferred* 3-4 years’ experience in a compliance function or other risk management discipline such as audit, fraud examination, quality control, risk analysis within a financial/ banking institution, professional services, or consulting firm or international business (aerospace, transport, construction, pharmaceutical, healthcare etc.)* Preferably advanced knowledge of, Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word), Trello, exposure to business intelligence tools: Tableau, Power BIWho You\’ll Work WithYou will be part of the EMESA Regional Compliance Team reporting to the EMESA Senior Director, and you may also be working with the Asia Pacific and/or North America Regional Compliance teams. This team sits within a network of regional Compliance teams which report into the Global Head of Compliance and Chief Risk Officer.In this role you will engage regularly with stakeholders and collaborators across the business: Managing Directors and Partners, Regional and System Risk and Compliance Nodes, Legal, Finance, Risk, and more.Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
