What You'll Do
As the BCG Vantage Global Senior Director – AI Cost Advantage, you will lead the BCG Vantage team across functional practice areas supporting the Cost topic by developing and driving the strategy and execution of the portfolio of knowledge assets, services, and professionals. Alongside setting the direction for the BCG Vantage Cost agenda, you will also be responsible and accountable for the BCG Vantage Cost topic and its performance, including economics (case billability, P Operations; Technology inspiring and motivating the entire team, as well as acting as a line manager and mentor for a team of senior BCG Vantage members who collectively manage the topic’s BCG Vantage business team. You also will be responsible for aligning the BCG Vantage Cost topic and strategy with our clients’ needs and encourage the innovation of new and expanded BCG Vantage offerings. In doing this, you will team with the senior leadership of the AI Cost Advantage topic, including topic/sector and regional leaders. You will be a member of the Vantage Leadership Team which includes leaders from all our Practices and Geos. In addition, you will contribute on a regular basis to global, cross-Practice Area initiatives and programs.

What You'll Bring
- 15+ years of industry experience preferred, and/or 8+ years minimum consulting experience in a reputable organization in a relevant/related sector or topic
- Bachelor’s Degree with demonstrated academic achievement required; Advanced Degree Preferred
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end cost transformation efforts, with a holistic view across cost levers and deeper expertise in at least one functional area (e.g., People/Org, Operations, IT/Tech)
- Change management experience preferred
- Business, line works with qualitative and quantitative data, conducts research and provides synthesized results from sources including commercial data, public and open source, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities and trade data.

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role in Chicago, Boston and Washington DC is $185k - $216k. This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 45% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 10%. Senior Directors are also eligible for a Firm Performance Bonus. All of our plans provide best in class coverage:
- Zero dollar ($0) health insurance premiums for BCG employees, spouses, and children
- Low $10 (USD) copays for trips to the doctor, urgent care visits and prescriptions for generic drugs
- Dental coverage, including up to $5,000 in orthodontia benefits
- Vision insurance with coverage for both glasses and contact lenses annually

- Fully vested Profit Sharing Retirement Fund contributions made annually, whether you contribute or not, plus the option for employees to make personal contributions to a 401(k) plan

- Generous paid time off including 12 holidays per year, an annual office closure between Christmas and New Years, and 20 vacation days per year (earned at 1.66 days per month)
