As part of our mission to find the best talent, the 2025 Mentorship Programme is now open for applications. Students graduating in 2025 or before September 2026 from an undergraduate or master’s degree in the UK or Ireland are eligible to apply. This scheme is open to students of all disciplines and does not require a prior interest in consulting. We will match selected students with one of our consultants to offer 1-1 mentorship over the summer so you’re ready to make a strong application in September. You will have the chance to ask all your consulting questions and get advice on how to best prepare for interviews (including CV advice, case practice, and other tips & tricks). It is a great opportunity for you to get to know us while getting useful advice and practice for the upcoming interview season!
Please apply with your CV by 15th June. You will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your application, and we will be in touch with the outcome of your application to the programme in early July.
