What You’ll Do

  • This is an engaging, hands‑on role combining creativity, execution, and stakeholder influence in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • You’ll execute employer branding initiatives that attract and retain top diverse talent across BCG’s 20+ global businesses and functions.
  • Strategic Execution: Deliver employer branding projects and materials, including promoting individual roles, developing function or hub‑based campaigns, and supporting global employer branding initiatives.
  • Creative Content Development: Write and design clear, compelling content for a variety of platforms, showcasing BCG’s culture, people, and opportunities. Tailor messaging by audience and function while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create visually engaging assets using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, CapCut, ChatGPT, and others that reflect our brand voice, resonate with target audiences, and ensure design excellence and brand consistency.
  • Performance Insights: Track and analyze campaign performance, report on results, and identify insights to inform decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with manager and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned and effectively executed.
  • Employer Branding Support: Serve as a point of contact for local EMESA TA teams to receive inquiries and assist in sharing materials and best practices, and support delivery of internal regional/global trainings.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 5–7 years in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, or a related creative field.
  • Creative execution skills: Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and design software (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, video‑editing tools such as CapCut/Premiere Pro).
  • Copywriting excellence: Ability to craft concise, compelling messaging tailored to different talent audiences and platforms.
  • Project management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to build trust and credibility with diverse internal stakeholders at regional and global levels.
  • Collaborative mindset: Comfortable working across virtual, global teams and adapting to different cultural contexts.
  • Analytical approach: Proficiency in measuring campaign impact and translating data into actionable insights.
