What You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to your 4-5 assigned LAB PA Nodes to tailor and deliver the LAB People Agenda within these PAs (with a focus on PPPL level and above), taking into consideration your PAs’ specific commercial growth ambitions, priorities, and current pyramid/capacity in tailoring these plans.
  • Drive and manage capacity planning for your assigned PAs, including MDP pipeline, working closely with the Analytics function.
  • Hold your assigned LAB PA Nodes accountable for strong people pyramids by defining sponsorship, creating platforms, and ensuring appropriate development opportunities.
  • Jointly take responsibility for a joined-up view of PA capacity planning and senior CT recruiting needs.
  • Act as a strategic partner to your assigned PA Nodes on all people topics and as the first point of contact for all Senior CT staff (PPPL) within your assigned PAs on all People-related topics (incl. integration and re-integration plans), involving other People functions or escalating issues to leadership as needed.
  • Manage the PA affiliation process (from C2), including developing and following up on integration plans for lateral hires.
  • Work with CDC to jointly own career development and performance assessment for PPPLs within your assigned PAs, ensuring CDAs and CD Committees have full information and context for robust evaluation of individuals; attend PPPL CD Committee meetings and identify PPPL development needs.
  • Promote well-being, mental fitness, and sustainability within the assigned PA; elevate issues to Node, Core HR, and Teaming coaches.
  • Work with Staffers to ensure specific staffing needs for PPPLs are met within your assigned PAs, weighing in on more ‘high stakes’ / high priority cases.
  • Work with People Analytics team to establish accurate, up-to-date data on individuals within your assigned PAs and create standard analyses/reports to facilitate People-related decision-making by PA nodes.
  • Work collaboratively with the other PA Talent Partners to shape common approaches to the responsibilities outlined above.
  • Prepare analyses and reports, e.g. performance reporting on key PA People KPI’s, PA-specific People Survey results analysis, etc., to help shape and influence critical PA People decisions.
  • Oversee and support the PA-level implementation of broader Global or LAB People-wide projects/initiatives (e.g. DE&I initiatives).
  • Collaborating and building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Influencing a broad range of stakeholders, at varying levels of seniority.
  • Individual thinking, with ability to push back on senior stakeholders when needed.
  • Juggling multiple priorities and managing fragmented activities to meet deadlines.
  • Maintaining discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
  • Managing ambiguity and setting an agenda, being self-motivated to drive day to day activities.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience including ideally in an international professional services firm.
  • Strong HR qualifications and international work experience are a value-add.
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving approaches (strong Excel skills).
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders with reason and logic.
