What You\'ll Do

The Senior Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting two critical global initiatives at BCG: the EDGE program and the Client References program. Working closely with the respective program leads, you will drive forward key initiatives that strengthen BCG’s client engagement, visibility, and thought leadership. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, project management experience, and the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups.

For EDGE, You Will

  • Lead the planning and execution of BCG’s annual EDGE Expo, managing timelines, logistics, and content coordination across global stakeholders.
  • Ensure BCG’s immersive content created by PAs is effectively leveraged not only at the EDGE Expo, but also in client engagements and broader firm activities throughout the year.

For References, You Will

  • Support in developing, promoting, and maintaining high‑value client references, enabling BCG teams to showcase the firm’s proven expertise and impact.
  • Help drive change management and adoption across BCG teams, ensuring successful uptake of new tools, processes, and ways of working related to client references.

You will work across both programs to bring structure, efficiency, and energy to their respective portfolios, supporting their leads as a trusted thought partner and coordinator.

Key Activities And Responsibilities Include

  • EDGE Expo Planning: Support the planning and execution of the EDGE Expo BCG’s EDGE Expo, from agenda design and stakeholder engagement to event execution and post‑event follow‑through.
  • Content Utilization: Partner with Practice Areas and Knowledge Teams to ensure immersive EDGE content is broadly distributed and integrated into client‑facing activities beyond the annual expo.
  • Client Reference Portfolio Management: Drive a portfolio of client references, from concept to publication, in collaboration with other BCG teams and steady progress against timelines.
  • Product Management: Maintain a reference database, ensuring timely updates, and partner with product teams to support execution of the product roadmap for the database.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a connector across global teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and strong collaboration with program leads, senior stakeholders, and other internal partners.
  • Communications & Reporting: Draft updates, conduct analysis, prepare materials, and support senior leadership connects for both EDGE and References programs.
  • Ad hoc Support: Provide analysis and project support as needed to respond to program‑specific opportunities or leadership requests.
  • Organizing and Executing: You excel at managing complex events and initiatives, bringing structure, foresight, and strong attention to detail.
  • Project Management: You take ownership of projects end‑to‑end, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and effective follow‑through.
  • Content & Communication: You can distill complex ideas into crisp, engaging, and professional written and verbal communications.

What You\'ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • 4–6+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, events management, project coordination, or a related environment.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven experience organizing large‑scale events or conferences preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort with global, virtual collaboration across time zones.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Who You\'ll Work With

You will work closely with the EDGE program lead and the Client References program lead, as well as colleagues across BCG’s global Practice Areas, Knowledge Teams, Marketing, and client‑facing teams. You will also collaborate with senior leaders and program stakeholders across the firm to maximize the reach and impact of both programs.
