What You’ll Do
- Collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights.
- Work with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory.
- Serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
- Drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the Aerospace & Defense sector, contributing to commercialization efforts and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Potentially line‑manage a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for goal setting, feedback and career development support.
Your Skillset
- Solve complex client problems through research and analytical approaches in aerospace and defense.
- Develop and maintain knowledge assets such as tools, databases and sector materials across client contexts.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders and engage audiences effectively.
- Manage a portfolio of projects with a strong awareness of business priorities and commercial impact.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- Navigate a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years consulting experience in aerospace and defense, or 4+ years industry experience (6–10+ strongly preferred).
- Preferred: strategy, growth, go‑to‑market or due diligence consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; fluency in one or more other European languages is a major plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in diverse international teams.
