What You'll Do
Please note: this is a 6-month temporary role. BCG Unlocking Potential (UP) is our commitment to helping BCGers thrive. It shapes the context and offers the tools for individuals to be at their best, sustainably, in our high-performance environment. UP brings together our efforts in diversity, inclusion, wellbeing— inclusive of mental health and flex— into one strategy that reflects our values of diversity and respect for the individual. The Wellbeing team sits within BCG's UP function and focuses on enabling performance by helping BCGers manage energy, time, and mindset in a high-expectations environment. The team shapes firmwide wellbeing strategy and translates BCG's values into practical programs, tools, and narratives that support personal sustainability, mental health, and performance across the employee lifecycle.
Over a period of 6 months, this position will work closely with the Global UP Wellbeing Directors and broader UP leaders and team to shape and deliver BCG's wellbeing agenda, including the global offerings (FlexCapacity, FlexLeave, etc.). The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with responsibility for translating firmwide priorities into scalable programs that support BCGers' ability to perform sustainably across geographies, cohorts, and business units. This is a global role that involves close interaction with global and regional senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. It offers the opportunity to work on topics that are strategically important to BCG's leadership, while helping shape how wellbeing, performance, and personal sustainability are experienced by BCGers worldwide.
The Key Responsibility Of The Role Include
- Global Wellbeing Program Delivery
- Support the delivery and ongoing evolution of BCG's global Wellbeing agenda within the Unlocking Potential (UP) function.
- Translate global priorities into executable plans and coordinated activity across platforms, regions, and teams.
- Own selected wellbeing workstreams end-to-end, while contributing to broader initiatives through collaborative delivery.
- Content, Engagement, and Activation
- Coordinate global wellbeing communications, content, and engagement activity across internal channels.
- Develop and curate accessible, relevant wellbeing content and experiences that support energy, time, and mindset in the flow of work.
- Collaborate on the development of wellbeing thought leadership content.
- Support global campaigns and micro-engagements that drive sustained participation and visibility.
- Community and Enablement
- Support the activation of global and regional wellbeing communities, including ambassador or champion networks.
- Enable local teams with guidance, tools, and shared practices to deliver wellbeing initiatives consistently and effectively.
- Learning, Tools, and Platforms
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to deliver practical, evidence-based wellbeing offerings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the wellbeing ecosystem by testing, refining, and scaling effective solutions.
- Integration and Governance
- Help ensure consistency, quality, and coherence across wellbeing initiatives, messaging, and resources.
- Contribute to governance, standards, and best practices across the Wellbeing portfolio.
- Measurement and Insights
- Track engagement, adoption, and outcomes across wellbeing initiatives.
- Use data, feedback, and insights to inform ongoing improvements and prioritization.
- Support preparation of clear updates and materials for senior stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues across Unlocking Potential, People Team functions, and regional teams to support aligned design and delivery.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and shared platforms that sit at the intersection of wellbeing and broader people priorities.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following spaces: Management/Strategy consulting, transformation projects, wellbeing, mental health, people, culture and organization.
- Experience with data analyses and interpretation to derive actionable insights.
- A proven track record of leading and delivering on projects to successful outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Experience of building effective working relationships across geographies, cultures, and functions leveraging these relationships to deliver positive outcomes.
- The ability to storyline and communicate key messages to senior audiences effectively.
- Deep passion for wellbeing and mental health.
- Proactive, empowered, and deeply committed working style.
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to speed up time to output, e.g. ChatGPT, Deckster.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written, to a very high standard.

*** For US locations only *** In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role in Boston is $118,000.00-$146,000.00. This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness. Internal candidates could be eligible for a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
