What You'll Do
As a Global Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will manage full lifecycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of functions across Europe & North America.
You will partner closely with hiring managers, regional HR teams, and local offices to attract, assess, and hire high‑quality talent while delivering a consistent candidate experience.
This role sits within a global, matrixed recruiting environment where strong relationship building, process discipline, and market insight are essential.
You will help shape hiring outcomes across multiple BCG functions.
- Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting across assigned vacancies, from sourcing through offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, candidate profiles, and functional priorities.
- Identify talent through direct sourcing, job postings, referrals, alumni networks, vendors, and talent mapping.
- Conduct first‑round interviews and provide competency‑based, evidence‑led candidate recommendations.
- Build talent pipelines that improve hiring quality and time to hire for current and future roles.
- Use applicant tracking systems to monitor pipelines, report progress, and strengthen process visibility.
- Review recruiting metrics, including time to hire, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
- What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting across international markets and complex matrixed organizations preferred.
- Previous in‑house, full lifecycle recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong behavioural and competency‑based interviewing experience required.
- Knowledge of Linked In Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting analytics tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English required.

You will be part of the Global Businesses and Functions Recruiting team, working closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, HR, mobility, systems recruiting, and business leadership.
The Global Recruiting team partners with multiple BCG business units to attract and select talent across every region through recruiting excellence, innovative sourcing, and an engaging talent brand.
You will also collaborate with local office HR teams, regional People teams, and senior business leaders to support effective hiring decisions and a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
