What You'll Do
As an Offer Senior Manager, you will partner closely with the Frontier Tech Leadership Team to shape, scale, and commercialize BCG's Frontier Tech offering globally.
You will help define the strategic direction of the offer, drive go-to-market priorities across industries and regions, and ensure alignment between offer development, commercialization, and business performance.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, offer development, and execution.
You will work across a broad network of practice areas, industry teams, experts, marketing, finance, and knowledge expert teams to advance Frontier Tech priorities and support sustainable growth.
- Drive the annual Frontier Tech offer planning process, helping define client priorities, market opportunities, differentiation, and growth objectives.
- Support the evolution of the offer architecture, value proposition, use cases, and integration with broader BCG programs, including AI and Gen AI transformation.
- Partner with experts and knowledge expert teams to develop, refine, and scale Frontier Tech offerings and related sub-topics.
- Partner with industry teams to define and execute targeted go-to-market plans, including priority sectors, campaigns, content, and client opportunities.
- Help shape strategic plays, deployment approaches, and enterprise transformation frameworks that support client impact and commercial growth.
- Support proposal efforts, capability building, and enablement activities to help teams bring the best of BCG to clients.
- Establish and track key business performance metrics, including revenue, consultant billability, and offer adoption.
- Develop leadership reporting and insights to support decision-making and inform strategic priorities.
- Drive prioritization across key initiatives, balancing leadership priorities, business needs, and available resources.
- Marketing, Communications & Community Building
- Partner with leadership and marketing teams to develop go-to-market narratives, communication strategies, and market-facing content.
- Support internal and external visibility initiatives that strengthen the Frontier Tech brand and positioning.
- Foster engagement, collaboration, and affiliation across the global Frontier Tech practitioner community.
As part of the broader Offer Management community, you will also contribute to the evolution of offer management practices, sharing lessons learned and helping refine best practices across BCG.

- Possessing a strong foundation in technology with a keen interest in development, backed by practical experience in data, digital and AI transformation roles.
- Managing and executing projects efficiently; provide hands‑on support to multiple activities, often requiring strong consulting skills (slides writing, effective communication, some analytics)
- Collaborating and communicating with various teams and individuals, with different levels of seniority in different geographies and with different backgrounds; be able to communicate with senior leaders and be a connection point for the community
- What You'll Bring
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, digital, analytics, technology, or related fields.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in consulting, industry, startups, or other dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with digital, data, AI, or enterprise transformation topics.
- Previous experience in consulting is a plus

This role sits within BCG's Technology and Digital Advantage (TDA) practice, specifically supporting the Frontier Tech offer.
The Frontier Tech team drives the development, commercialization, and evolution of BCG's capabilities in emerging technologies, helping clients unlock value through AI, frontier technologies, and large-scale technology transformation.
You will partner closely with Frontier Tech leadership and work across a broad network of stakeholders throughout BCG, including Practice Area and Industry leaders, topic experts, Knowledge teams, Marketing, Finance, and other Offer Management colleagues.
Together, you will shape offer strategy, drive go-to-market priorities, support business growth, and help scale Frontier Tech capabilities globally.
This role offers significant exposure to senior leaders across TDA and the broader firm, providing opportunities to influence strategic priorities, contribute to the evolution of BCG's Frontier Tech agenda, and help define how emerging technologies are translated into client impact.
As part of the broader Offer Management community, you will also contribute to the development of best practices, helping evolve how BCG builds, scales, and commercializes its most strategic offerings.
