- In this role, you will contribute to the best‑in‑class Executive Talent services provided to our specialty Managing Directors across EMESA.
- You will partner with a variety of senior leaders across BCG and Specialty businesses in driving an enhanced value proposition for our MDs.
- It also requires designing and driving processes and services that contribute to the development of their careers and learning, as well as delivering first‑class hiring, contracting and compensation services that meet HR Executive Talent standards.

Be a trusted and credible partner representing the MD model. Own, facilitate, and provide senior‑level support for the career development and performance processes for our Managing Directors, and ensure that our MD Career Development Committees (MDDCs) run smoothly and deliver robust career development, rewards, and recognition for our executives.
- Lead and play key decision‑support role in MD life‑cycle events (lateral hires, onboarding, promotions, transfers, departures, and terminations), driving consistency with global norms.
- Ensure timely and comprehensive expert involvement and alignment with local and regional HR and Legal teams, global Centers of Excellence, and specialty business leadership.
- Work closely with Global Compensation and Finance teams.
- Play a key role in the annual planning cycle, including MD target setting, tracking, analysis and measurement.
- Contribute to the evolution of MD career framework and learning & development offerings.
- Partner with senior leaders on promotion decisions, talent pipeline, and tailored solutions for executive development needs.
- Proactively suggest, and autonomously implement ongoing improvements to experience, quality, and level of support delivered through our processes, as well as information and knowledge management.
- Act as point of contact for all MD queries related to employee relations, career development, compensation and change programs.
- Support relevant change initiatives to enhance our MD value proposition.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, global, intellectually intense, and service‑oriented environment.
- Is an active team player with excellent interpersonal skills, tact, a positive attitude and an ability to generate trust, influence, and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Possesses strong organizational, operational, analytical and conceptual skills to successfully manage processes in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Is a creative solution seeker and problem solver who proactively seeks to improve the experience and quality of support delivered to our stakeholders.
- Has strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to adapt to various audiences and communicate effectively.
- Is a self‑starter with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Demonstrates high integrity, ethics and respect for confidentiality and sensitivity of personal information.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, Human Resources or related field.
