What You'll Do
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. As a Global HR Operations Senior Manager, you'll serve as a key thought partner, executing strategic initiatives to optimize HR operations. You will lead cross-functional projects (primarily Workday Time-Off) aimed at enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience across BCG. Your work will span process optimization, system enhancement, and change management—all while collaborating with a global network of HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Foster strong working relationships with global HR teams and internal stakeholders to ensure responsiveness, transparency, and proactive issue resolution.
- Identify and lead improvement initiatives to streamline operations, increase scalability, and ensure compliance across geographies.
- Working with our Product Team, provide functional leadership and input into the deployment and optimization of new Workday features, driving increased efficiency and value across HR.
- Work with the regions and systems to collate and synthesize requirements.
- Support the Workday Time Off implementation by engaging with regional stakeholders and project leadership, supporting Phase 1 countries with post-launch activities, and gathering the necessary configuration requirements for future phases.
- Partner with the Workday Technical team in the configuration and testing of the Time Off module in Workday.
- Support with ad-hoc project activities, including Project Management, Change and Communications, and Training.
- Manage ad-hoc HR projects including policy development and updates, risk & compliance programs and other global HR programs.

- Exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information, ensuring trust and integrity are maintained at all times.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in HR Operations, General HR or People roles in a large, global, and complex organization.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience launching tools and projects to track global employee data such as Time Off and Absence.
- Strong understanding of HR administration, processes, and compliance.
- Experience working across geographies and cultures in a matrixed global organization.
- Relevant experience with change management or program management.
- Experience or interest in leveraging automation or AI-powered tools in HR operations is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
