Please note that this is a temporary, 12-month position set to start in July 2026. As a Global HR Projects & Change Senior Manager you will be responsible for progressing a critical part of our HR Operations change agenda to further enable BCG to serve its employees with a best-in-class people-first HR organization. You will lead challenging projects and collaborate with HR, People, Global and Regional HR teams, and our specialty and core business partners and global functions (e.g., HRIS, Marketing, Risk, etc).

Our global change agenda spans various human capital interventions critical to meeting our fast-growing firm and aggressive business objectives in an increasingly digitally enabled yet highly people centric environment. These efforts require a consultative approach coupled with subject matter expertise across HR operations; digital shared services, process transformation; change management and data / analytic based methodologies.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

You will be expected to roll-up-your sleeves and use your strong people and HR skills to further shape how we setup BCG HR Operations for success. You will need to bring a strong problem-solving toolkit to assess and drive change including understanding HR process and digital enablement approaches and new ways of working.

You will have creativity, flexibility and strong communications skills to be able to ‘tell the story’ and propel transformational change with a diverse and highly engaged group of stakeholders, proactively assessing and anticipating needs. It’s assumed you have strong collaboration skills and can effectively leverage various digital tools.

  • Lead specific projects including scoping work, planning, conducting analysis and making recommendations, analytics support and/or developing presentations
  • Plan and prioritize initiatives including developing work plans and team charters, clarifying priorities and creating an overall program plan
  • Identify and resolve issues and provide guidance and support to working teams
  • Monitor progress of projects, review output and provide a view of progress and milestones and issues
  • Help coordinate across diverse global teams; including making connections, supporting collaboration and establishing regular communication channels among team/efforts
  • Ensure strong links across other internal function and business partners

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years' Consulting experience from top-tier firm and/or within a high-calibre HR team
  • Experience managing large-scale, global projects in support of organizational change efforts
  • Familiarity with professional services companies and business models
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to clarify problems and articulate solutions
  • Proven excellence with project management and group facilitation, across different cultures and related to highly confidential and sensitive topics
  • Ideally some product, system or digital experience particularly around HR systems and use cases
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
  • Advanced skills in creating MS PowerPoint presentations; MS Word; strong Excel; familiarity with Trello and Slack
