What You'll Do

CEO Advisory is a global, CEO-sponsored initiative led by BCG’s CEO, Christoph Schweizer, and former CEO, Rich Lesser, designed to strengthen and accelerate relationships with BCG’s CEO and C-suite clients. As the firm’s only formal platform for engaging this audience, it combines proprietary research, a proven program format, and deep expertise to support senior executives through critical leadership moments. Acting as a trusted performance partner, CEO Advisory has served as a sounding board for hundreds of CEOs and C-suite leaders globally.

In this role, you will lead the strategic vision, design, and execution of BCG’s global CEO Events agenda—shaping how the firm engages its most senior clients. A core pillar of CEO Advisory, these high-touch, small-group forums foster peer learning and build trusted communities around the most pressing topics facing leaders. You will work closely with global and regional CEO Advisory leadership—Judith Wallenstein (Global), Christine Barton (North America), Matthias Kruehler (EMESA), and Alpesh Shah (APAC)—as well as event hosts, including Christoph Schweizer and Rich Lesser, and senior partners worldwide to ensure consistent quality, strong strategic alignment, and measurable commercial impact. The program is supported by a global network of former CEOs, senior advisors, and BCG leaders, alongside a dedicated Global BST team that drives operations and coordination across regions. Regional case teams further support Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs) in delivering high-impact CEO engagements. In this role, you will provide senior oversight and governance to sustain excellence, protect brand equity, and align CEO engagement with BCG’s top-client strategy.
