We are seeking a future-facing product and AI innovation leader to join BCG's Global Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role will oversee a portfolio of digital learning products, drive intelligent automation using AI and agent-based technologies, and lead a globally dispersed team of 6–8 professionals. You will serve as both a functional and strategic leader, shaping the long-term product vision for BCG's L&D technology ecosystem. You'll manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, introduce AI-powered workflows, and drive adoption across a complex global organization. You'll partner across L&D, IT, Talent, Knowledge, and Business stakeholders to continuously improve how BCGers learn, grow, and perform.
Strategic Planning and Execution- Lead the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for BCG's L&D platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.
- Embed AI capabilities (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent agents, LLM-based chat or guidance, automated workflows) to transform the learning experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Define and evolve an integrated L&D ecosystem architecture, identifying opportunities for consolidation, automation, and personalization.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to launch and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, engineers, and AI/ML experts to create intelligent learning experiences that are adaptive, contextual, and measurable.
- Experiment with and deploy AI-powered tools and agents to automate content discovery, learner support, and admin operations.
- Translate complex business and learner needs into data-informed product decisions.
- Serve as the functional leader for L&D platform operations—prioritizing usability, integration, performance, and scalability.
- Guide vendor evaluations and partnerships for AI, LXP/LMS, coaching, credentialing, and content delivery platforms.
- Work across teams to ensure systems are secure, compliant, and future-proof.
- Partner with L&D Comms & Change teams to ensure high-impact stakeholder engagement, global enablement, and user adoption of AI-enhanced learning tools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to L&D and People leadership, helping to define how intelligent automation can unlock impact.
- Lead and inspire a global team of professionals across time zones, building a culture of innovation, agility, and impact.
- Coach and grow product managers and specialists in both classic PM skills and emerging AI capabilities.
- Foster strong team collaboration and cross-functional alignment with internal partners.
- Driving product vision and execution with a deep understanding of L&D technology and user-centered design.
- Integrating AI into enterprise products—you've worked with LLMs, intelligent agents, or other automation frameworks.
- Managing complex stakeholder environments, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy.
- Leading globally distributed teams effectively, ensuring clarity, empathy, and cohesion across geographies.
- Synthesizing user research, analytics, and business input into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
- Thriving in ambiguity—you’re comfortable defining structure where there is none.
- Bachelor's required; Master's or relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years in product management, digital learning, AI/ML innovation, or related B2B SaaS or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated experience launching and scaling AI-infused digital products, especially in learning or employee development contexts.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise platforms (LMS/LXP, content management, coaching tools, integrations/APIs).
- Hands-on experience with building or managing intelligent agents, LLM pipelines, or AI-enhanced learning workflows using tools like LangChain, Vector DBs, OpenAI APIs, or similar.
- Experience in agile development, rapid prototyping, and user-centered design.
- Strong vendor and partner management skills.
- Proven track record of leading global teams and managing complex change.
- Ability to translate tech and data into business insight and articulate a compelling story to senior leadership.
