You will establish and lead a global Compliance Monitoring & Oversight program within the Global Compliance function. This role will establish the team from the ground up – designing the framework, building the infrastructure, building the team, and proving the model – with an initial focus on client engagement risks, where the need is most acute. Over time, the scope of monitoring will evolve to encompass the broader compliance risk landscape as the function matures. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, and business teams to embed monitoring capabilities into engagement lifecycles, drive adoption, and continuously enhance the program’s effectiveness.
