Join BCG as a LAB Staffing Pipeline Manager on a 12‑month contract. This role supports staffing strategy across the three LAB offices, ensuring the right talent is placed for high‑profile client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Understand their commercial priorities and client‑specific needs.
  • Raise complex escalations of staffing issues to the Senior Staffing Manager and Staffing Director in conjunction with the staffing teams.
  • Collect and share weekly staffing needs across LAB.
  • Provide guidance to the business on staffing, balancing client, team, and individual needs; challenge scope or team setup when necessary.
  • Update and share weekly staffing pipeline with the supply team, identify priorities for trade‑offs.
  • Coordinate with all staffing teams to ensure smooth mobilization and deployment of teams, securing the right team size and talent.
  • Confirm staffing decisions to business.
  • Support the Staffing Director with overall LAB capacity and billability, highlighting peaks and troughs and proposing solutions in collaboration with the Pipeline team.
  • Produce reports and updates as required.
  • Engage in additional projects as required.
  • Work closely with broader People teams to manage exceptional staffing where relevant.
  • Line‑manage 1–2 A/C staffers: coach, mentor, and manage individual performance.
